Ticket or pass once issued, money will not be refunded or pass/ticket will not be transferred to another user under any circumstances.
Powercraft is not responsible for any purchase of monthy/querterly pass for an incorrect source and destination.
For some reason, the money got deducted and ticket/pass is not issued, refund will be initiated automatically and money will be credited back to your account which is used for the transaction.

For online pass / mobile tickets, applicable refund will be credited to passengers credit card/netbanking account which was used for booking the ticket within 7 working days.
